Davidson is proud to support the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 31st Anniversary. On July 26, we celebrate this important civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public. The purpose of the law is to make sure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
In celebration, we wanted to recognize three important members of the Davidson family:

Length of Service: 1.5 years
Hobbies: Serving at her church and spending time with close friends. Loves attending and volunteering at festivals and concerts.
Laura has worked as a community habilitation specialist helping individuals with disabilities learn independence as well as supporting them in the community and in maintaining relationships with friends and family. Laura loves assisting with putting on events in her spare time and making sure that they are accessible to everyone. Laura does not let anything hold her back and she is an inspiration to us all.

Length of Service: 8 years of service
Hobbies: Loves to play Basketball
Kenneth is deaf, however he doesn’t allow this to hinder him in any facet of his life. He’s detailed oriented and he has a positive attitude. His disposition is very motivating to the rest of our team members. He’s great inspiration to anyone with or without a disability.

Length of Service: 5 years
Hobbies: Loves MLB, especially the Cincinnati Reds. Enjoys playing softball and her dog Pepsi. She loves to swim & going to beach at Hilton Head Island with her family!
Chris has such a positive, friendly attitude! She is always a consistent, reliable member of the culinary team that Chef has been able to truly count on for over 5 years!
