Why she enjoys working in Housekeeping/Laundry: After 43 years, Rhonda enjoys many aspects of her role in the laundry room. She is very dedicated and has only ever wanted to work in laundry. The two biggest reasons Rhona has loved working at the Don are her managers and her family life balance. She believes her managers truly care about their team’s happiness and development. She knows they have her back!
One way they show this is through flexibility and understanding around her family. Rhonda has a daughter with special needs, and a son that is terminally ill. Rhonda knows the leaders at the Don are here to support her through her life challenges, and her tenure represents the love she feels from, and for her job.
