Davidson Hospitality’s Sourcing platform has quickly evolved into a robust, data-focused program designed to empower our properties with the tools needed to make smart, measurable business decisions. With our team managing supplier performance, contracting, and programming, it allows property teams to stay focused on day-to-day operations. We are a service-oriented department and ensure that our commitment to the properties’ success is felt through regular outreach and proactive solutions for our teams in the field. We achieve this through multiple avenues.
- Data and Analytics: Our team utilizes several sources to identify opportunities in spend, assist with conversions to a program where applicable, conduct contract price verification, and much more.
- Supplier Partnerships: Leveraging our partnerships for the benefit of our properties is a large part of the success of the programs. These partners help to train, assess current/future needs, and ensure that service is world-class.
- Training: Annual training was implemented in 2025 for all properties. We spend time with each property team to review how successful the programs were in the previous year, discuss opportunities for the current year, and review all systems and resources that they have available to them.
